| Centre Administrator | A master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling psychology, or development management is required, as is at least four years of experience working in an administrative setting on women-related, pertinent projects or programs for the government or non-government. Only female candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates must work three shifts because OSC is open twenty-four hours a day. The applicant ought to live in the neighborhood. |
| Senior Counselor | M.S.W (Master’s Degree in Social Work)/ M.SC (Counselling Psychology). |
| IT Administrator | A minimum of three years of experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting formats, and video conferencing with government or non-governmental/IT-based organizations at the state or district level is required for those with a B.Tech., B.Sc., or diploma in computers and IT. |
| Case worker | A bachelor’s degree in social work or an M.SC. in counseling psychology, along with at least one year of experience working on issues pertaining to violence against women. |
| Security Guard | A minimum of a 10th grade education and two years of experience as a security guard are required. |
| Multi Purpose Helper | The multipurpose assistant should be at least 10 years old and have previous experience working in housekeeping or shelter homes. |
